An Affiliate, an Award and a Preview…

Today I bring you 3 updates that pull together to make either a masterpiece of an update or just a mess of some sort, I don’t know. Anyway, these 3 updates are so awesome, I’m going to get on with it so you don’t get mad at me. Click “Read More” to…you know…Read More.

1. Zelda Eternity is now affiliated with Zelda Universe, a site which is known for its huge forum community and their somewhat recent Spirit Tracks Soundtrack which they compiled for the game and it is pretty huge if you ask me. I think it’s an honor that we are now affiliate with this site, mainly because when I tried keeping a Zelda site going before this site’s creation, I couldn’t possibly dream of affiliating with the site. With our site starting to build up a lot more, I guess it really helped what with the marathon, forums and all.

2. I forgot to update on this before but I will do it now. Our affiliate Legend of Zelda.com announced this years “Lozzies”. For those of you who don’t know, LoZ.com created their own community awards last year, similar to that of Exploding Deku Nut’s Golden Item Awards but the awards are not handed out based on community votes but rather the staff themselves. Getting to the point, we have won our own Lozzie! We won “The Rising Star: New site with the most potential.” We at Zelda Eternity thank you guys for the award. It was an honor and also congrats to the other sites that won the other awards as well. I will be updating our “Awards” page soon with this award.

3. Lastly, this preview thing I was talking about. I thought I would be a little nice and show 2 small little images of the upcoming Version 5. I figured with it coming out in mid-late September (this month actually), I would be a little nice and show off 2 small little images from the layout to keep you excited. Here they are:
