MHQthon 2012

Hello ladies and mentlegens, it is I, your friendly neighborhood Zelda Eternity Administrator, Elias, here to bring you the latest in affiliate news. What’s that? You didn’t realize I was staff? You don’t know how someone like me could even get on the staff, let alone become an administrator? You have no idea who I am? I see. Well, now you do know who I am. As to how or why I joined that staff, I could bore you with a long and boring story, but I’ll elect to leave it up to wild speculation. Let the creative juices flow. That sort of thing.

Introductions aside, I am here to tell you about somthing going on with one of our top affiliates (which is totally not a shameless plug for my other website, Metroid Headquarters, Your Source for All Things Metroid ;D). This Friday, July 13th at 8pm CDT, MHQ will be putting on their second annual Metroid marathon, entitled MHQthon 2012. In it, the dashingly handsome marathon participants (*flips buzz cut hair*), will be playing every single Metroid game in a quick fashion, trying their best to pretend they’re speed runners. Even if you’re not a fan of Metroid that much, it will be wildly entertaining. Plus you’ll get to see some of your fellow ZE brethren there in the live chat. And the streamers shall be making epic fools of themselves a good 85% of the time at the very least. It’s a good time. You should stop by.
