The famous Zelda Eternity marathon is returning next month, on the first of August, in fact! Watch as Zelda Eternity staff members attempt the gauntlet of playing nearly every Zelda game ever made in a timespan of five days. New to the marathon this year is the addition of Emhave to the list of players, as well as the additions of Four Swords Adventures and Skyward Sword to our playlist. In addition, returning to the marathon this year is our very own webmaster who insists I go about calling him by his preferred name, Majora’s Mask Master Mike (or MMMM, for short). Hit “read more” for more details.
While this is subject to change, we’ve nailed down the participants who will be streaming this year. This list includes DodongoBomber, Emhave, Mike, Falcool, and of course, myself, with my own crack team of streamers.
This marathon, we aren’t playing the series in chronological order, and while the final playlist won’t be confirmed until closer to the marathon, we do have a preliminary game order for your delightfully premature perusal:
1- Twilight Princess by DodongoBomber
2- Oracle of Ages by Emhave
3- Oracle of Seasons by Mike
4- The Wind Waker by Falcool
5- The Legend of Zelda by DodongoBomber
6- Zelda II: The Adventure of Link by DodongoBomber
7- A Link to the Past by Emhave
8- Majora’s Mask by (Majora’s Mask Master) Mike
9- Link’s Awakening by SpaghettiWeegee & Co.
10- The Minish Cap by Falcool
11- Skyward Sword by Emhave
12- Four Swords Adventures by SpaghettiWeegee & Co.
13- Ocarina of Time by DodongoBomber
If all goes well, we’ll have a full four-man team muscling their way through Four Swords Adventures, which is sure to be a good time.
There you are! Clear your schedules for the week of August 1st, because you’re gonna want to keep it here at Zelda Eternity for the most fun you can have at a live stream this summer. The final game schedule and charity details will be announced closer to the marathon date. In the meantime, mark this down on your calendar, and I’ll see you there!
Weegee, out!
The latest game isn't the last? Weird.
Anyway, yaaaaay! I'm ready for this thing.
This year, we ordered games in the most efficient manner.
How's it more efficient? Not questioning you, Reagan, just wondering.
It's based on people's schedules, what games we usually have trouble with, what flows well, and a few other things that don't come to mind XD!
Okie dokie.
What about the original Four Swords? o3o
Playing the original Four Swords requires several players (2-4) to get together with GBAs and a GameCube with link cables and a GBA-GC cable. I'm pretty sure all the ZE players here will be playing alone, and it would be a hassle to play FS since it's not a single player game. In fact, I think it's the only video game I've ever heard of that you literally can't play by yourself.

…write?
It was too long so you didn't write?
Or want or watch? 120h+ is long, yeah… Though nobody will watch all of it, that would be ridiculous.
This is going to be amazing. As always.
