zi-podcast-some-nintendo-news-and-iwata-states-zelda-development-is-an-exercise-in-suffering

A few days ago, ZeldaInformer had their first podcast this year! Check it out here. They are talking about Spirit Tracks and Zelda Wii, which is quite interesting. Do you think Zelda Wii could be in third-person?
It looks like Nintendo will be announcing a new platform soon! Rumors say that they will announce it at GDC.
Talking about platforms, we heard earlier that “Wii 2″ would have new capabilities, and the Nintendo President confirmed this a few days ago. He seems sure that they will have something more than HD on the new Wii, but can’t tell much because of competative reasons.
Iwata states that development of Zelda is an “exercise of suffering”, and that Link’s Awakening was one of the few that was not. Read about it here.
And it looks like the new staff will be announced soon, look forward to it!

eiji-aonuma-interview-gametrailers-most-anticipated-games-of-2010-spirit-tracks-soundtrack-zelda-marathon-and-some-articles

Excited about what kind of games will come out this year? Check out Gametrailers Most Anticipated Games Of 2010, “conflicting reports” from Nintendo prevented Zelda Wii’s appearance on this video. However, as I mentioned earlier, it is many other good games that will come out this year. Eiji Aonuma has been interviewed by the official Nintendo magazine about both Spirit Tracks and Zelda Wii. You can read the full interview here. He actually said that he had been reading some speculation on the new Zelda game on the internet, and that some of it is correct! What do you think? Also, the Spirit Tracks is also available at the Sacred Realm (Not as a torrent!). If you ask me, the soundtrack was incredible and worth to download. Another Zelda Marathon is starting in March, you can read about it here. For articles, you can read about Wind Waker Wii at Zelda Informer. Do you think that could work? And do you think Zelda can be better off without Aonuma, Tezuka and Miyamoto?

That’s all for this weekend, enjoy the rest of it everybody!

new-zelda-wii-information-leaked

It seems that some Zelda Wii information has leaked from a popoular Japaneese news board. It is a RUMOR only, but it’s still worth to check out. It has been translated thanks to Zelda Informer! Here is a list taken from ZI, by their good writer Nathanial.

some-new-articles-and-more-about-zelda-wii-release

I have just found some interesting new articles, The Oddities of Hyrule’s Government and The History of Bombs in Zelda. Those of you who are interested in weapons can always check out Midnafan123’s Zelda Weapons in the Middle Ages (ZeldaWiki), I found it quite interesting, since it compares Zelda weapons to real weapons from the middle ages. Anyway, I want to tell you what might be released this year, along with showing you the last December sales for Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo (Thanks to Zelda Temple).
