Luigi's Mansion

Yesterday I finished the GameCube classic Luigi's Mansion for the first time. The reason I never played it before is because I never knew how good it was. It didn't get popular until after the GameCube's lifespan, so it was out of production before most people wanted to give it a change. Have you played the game? What do you think about it? Should it have gotten more popularity than it did in the first place? I definitely think it should have. Any general opinions on the game? What did you like the most about it? Did you like it at all?

I really liked the game. It's able to have a somewhat creepy level yet still have that Mario humor we've come to know. I think it should have been more popular early on too because it used many of the Gamecube's functions more than most of the other Gamecube games I've played and it really seems like a classic game to me.

I remember once I was living at a hotel in Kristiansand for a few weeks. And every morning the schedule was open, I'd go down and play Luigi's mansion from the morning until I had to go back up to the room XD
I have some memories attached to the game. But, quite ironically, I remember very little of the game itself.
But yes, I totally agree that it should have been more noticed when it first came out.
