After a few months in the making, we're finally ready to reveal our new site feature. Drat! You looked at the title of this post first, didn't you? Well....okay then. The Zelda Eternity Staff Blogs are now open. As a rather unusual feature in the community, the Staff Blogs aim to give our team here at Zelda Eternity a little more freedom as they can make blog posts that don't have to do with Zelda and they can write about whatever they feel like posting. Since the Staff Blogs are running through WordPress, IntenseDebate will still be used for comments so you have nothing to fear.
I guess you could say that the only downside to this feature right now is that not all the blogs are ready. This announcement gives you two blogs available to check out at the start, GuitarShank's Blog and Mike's Blog. Not everybody was ready for launch so we'll probably introduce 1-2 new staff blogs each week so for now, you'll have to settle with the two of us for a little while. We may have another blog ready within the week though so you can look out for that.
I want to thank Justin from Zelda Dungeon for helping us out with this. He did a lot of the technical stuff that we couldn't do ourselves. Being that WordPress Guru that he is, we here at Zelda Eternity for helping us once again. GuitarShank also helped out with a bit of coding as well and I pretty much did the rest. Well, we hope you enjoy the new site feature and we'll let you know when more blogs are going to pop up. Oh yeah, we should have something from Doublet up within a day or so for one of our game sections so look out for that as well. Good evening folks and drive safely.
