The first bean bed is right beside the magic bean guy. The plant will hover you to a couple locations in the area which will help lead you to a Heart Piece. The Heart Piece can be obtained with a Cucco as a kid as well.

Once you enter the Graveyard, wonder to the left of the area with a bunch of grave stones beside each other by the wall. A bean bed should be sitting closest to the Graveyard's entrance. The plant will hover you to a small area with a wooden box. Roll into the box and grab the Heart Piece.

Just before you enter Dodongo's Cavern, you have to blow up the boulder blocking the way. Once cleared, there should be a bean bead sitting inside the entrance on the same side as the Goron. The plant will hover you about the entrance towards a Heart Piece. This Heart Piece can also be obtained without the use of a Magic Bean. In the area with the Bomb Flower, angle yourself correctly a do a backflip. You should land right above the entrance. Be sure to throw the Bomb Flower first.

NOTE: If you have a Bottled Bug, empty the bottle just above the bean bed and the bugs will burrow into the bed and a Gold Skulltula will pop out in front of you.

After you've learned the Bolero of Fire from Sheik and have the ability to be a kid again, warp back to Death Mountain Crater as a kid. A bean bed should be close to the warp point. It will take you right above a little mountain with a Heart Piece on top.

From the entrance of the Lost Woods through Kokiri Forest, take the left path to the area with the Skull Kid and take another left to the area with the bridge to exit the forest, the bed will be right there. You won't gain anything from riding it but it will hover you around that area which is a quick way to reach the Business Scrub and to get onto the bridge as well.

Somewhere in the Lost Woods right past the water area to Zora's River, there is an area with a couple Business Scrubs. A bean bed is by the Business Scrub to the right. The plant will hover you to the walkable area above which can help get a certain Gold Skulltula.

Right behind the shop, you will find a bean bed. It will hover you all around the area and at the end of it's path, it will take you to a spot right above the plant's area with some extra Rupees.

The bed is behind the house by the bridge. It will hover you all around the lake and above the lab. Climb the ladder on the roof to get a Heart Piece. This Heart Piece also has an alternative by playing the Scarecrow's Song to call Pierre on top of the roof.

Jump down the valley to the strip of land down there. A bean bed is right behind a Gerudo and a cow. The plant will hover you around the area down there giving you 40 Rupees and leads you to the waterfall with the Heart Piece behind it. This Heart Piece can also be obtained without the use of a Magic Bean. Simply grab a Cucco as a kid and fly down towards it.

After you learn the Requiem of Spirit from Sheik, turn back into a kid and warp back to the Desert Colossus. Just outside the entrance to the Spirit Temple is the last bean bed. The plant will hover you around the area like others and lead you to a Heart Piece atop a giant rock.
