Ocarina of Time
Bosses
Once you're about done beating the dungeons you'll usually wind up with a new weapon and a boss key. Well this is because you have to fight a main bad guy before your done with the dungeon so you can unlock a Heart Container and a key item you need to venture further in the game to get to the main baddie, Ganondorf. So here is a guide for you so you can pass by these top notch bad guys without breaking a sweat.

Child Bosses
Parasitic Armored Arachinid: Gohma
Difficulty: 2 out of 5
Items Needed: Kokiri Sword, Deku Nuts, Slingshot

When you enter the room they'll be nothing in plain site, look up to start the fight. Once the battle starts immediatly charge up and throw a Deku Nut at it's eye before it gets a chance to run away and crawl up the wall. Then hack away at it's eye when it turns red. Do this until it gets up and runs away. Once it's on the ceiling take out your slingshot and look for it's bright yellow eye and target it with Navi. Shoot it down or else it will start to lay eggs which will hatch right away and you'll have to deal with them before you can handle Gohma. Once she's down on the floor charge up and attack her again in the eye with your sword again. Repeat this until you have acheived victory. Claim your reward and step into the portal.

Infernal Dinosaur: King Dodongo
Difficulty: 2 out of 5
Items Needed: Kokiri Sword, Bombs

When you first drop in don't waste anytime. Equip a bomb right away and while he is sucking in his breath throw it in his mouth so he takes that in. Then he'll take his time to swallow for a second, then the bomb will go off and he'll go down for a second. Slash away and once he gets up run to the wall or the ditch near the lava. He should roll right by you. Once he passes you run after him. He'll bump into the wall and turn around. He'll open his mouth again, you know the drill. Repeat this four times to acheive success.

Bio-Electric Amemone: Barinade
Difficulty: 2 out of 5
Items Needed: Kokiri Sword, Boomerang

Once the battle begins Barinade will be on the ceiling be three of his..things. Z-target him and unleash your Boomerang on him. Make sure to keep on your toes since there will be electricity shooting out at you. Once you've knocked down all three of his tentecles the Jellyfish that were once on his body will start swinging around him. When they stop spinning take full advantage of this and go hack away at the Jellyfish. Remember to watch out for those electric blasts throughout the fight. If you don't finish taking them out before they start spinning again take cover near the pots. Next the Jellyfish will start spining around Barinade, faster and taking wider sweeps. Your target is the Pink blob/belly like thing all the Jellyfish things are spinning around trying to protect. Try and target it with your Boomerang and throw it in there. It'll take a couple of tries but you'll get it eventully. Once you hit it and the Jellyfish stop spinning run up and just unleash all your might on the Jellyfish. Continue until there are no more Jellyfish. Once you've taken the Jellyfish out of the picture target his belly. Barinade should be moving around the room faster, but no Jellyfish are protecting him so target him with your Boomerang. Once you hit his belly go in and take that Pink belly down! Once you finish off his belly. Soon he'll finally be dead!

Adult Bosses
Evil Spirit from Beyond: Phantom Ganon
Difficulty: 3.5 out of 5
Items Needed: Master Sword, Fairy Bow

Phantom Ganon rushes straight into a painting as soon as the battle begins. Run to the center of the room and equip the Fairy Bow, and get an arrow ready. Look around the room for a rider coming out of the painting. There will be two riders in two different paintings. This can get a little tricky but staying alert is the key to victory. One of the riders will come out and then turn back around. That will be the fake rider. The one that creates a purple portal is the real one. Shoot into the portal to hit him. If you were looking at the fake rider watch out, hit b and run to the side. After you hit him three times with an arrow he'll jump off of his horse and start floating around in a circle twirling his staff sword. When he shoots a magic fire ball thing at you hit it back with your sword. Just think of it like Tennis or Baseball. Just make sure you don't swing to late or early. After awhile it might hit him once it does rush in and attack him. (Sometimes after you have been exchanging the ball for awhile he might just dodge it and he'll start a new one or the blast will become more and more powerful.) Repeat until he is dead.

Subterranean Lava Dragon: Volvagia
Difficulty: 3.5 out of 5
Items Needed: Master Sword, Megaton Hammer

When the battle begins run towards the hole that has fire coming out of it, but not close enough to burn yourself. Once Volvagia pops out smash his head with your Megaton Hammer. His head will hit the ground giving you your que to attack it with your sword. After awhile he'll go back into his hole. Then Volvagia will start flying around above you shooting out flames and eventully making rocks fall down on top of your head. The best way to dodge this is to hang onto the edge of the area you are fighting on. There should be something there that you can climb/hang on to. Once his mad rage is over climb back up and proceed with the rest of the battle. Once your up there he'll shoot fire out of some holes but won't come out of them sometimes. Be careful with that. Repeat the process over and over until he is dead.

Giant Aquatic Amoeba: Morpha
Difficulty: 4 out of 5
Items Needed: Master Sword, Longshot

As soon as you walk in Navi will mention that the water looks kinda funny. After she finishes speaking jump to any platform in the water. Out comes Morpha! After that jump off of the platform onto the main walk way and run to a corner. When you hear the water sloshing around run to another corner and turn around to see Morpha. Target him with your Longshot and fire at the pink floating ball inside of it. Once the Longshot comes back to you with the Longshot attack it with your sword. After the first time a second tentacle will appear. Just be weary of this. Just repeat the process we showed you earlier and then you'll reach success. Just remember to watch out for those tentacles.

Phantom Shadow Beast: Bongo Bongo
Difficulty: 3 out of 5
Items Needed: Master Sword, Hover Boots, Lens of Truth, Fairy Bow

Once you land in the room you'll land on a giant drum. Then two huge hands appear and start beating on the drums. As the battle begins the hands will be beating the drum bouncing Link up and down, Equip the Fairy Bow and target his hand. The target the other hand and shoot it aswell. Watch out though because he will try to swat you or hit you off the drum into the poison off of the drum. If the hand is in a fist don't try to shoot it because it won't hurt it at all. If you do get swated off you can climb back on the drum. After you hit both of the hands turn on the Lens of Truth to see the Bongo Bongo's eye. Target that and shoot it or hit it with your sword and once its down attack it with your sword again. Repeat until you have acheived Vitory.

Sorceress Sisters: Twinrova
Difficulty: 4.5 out of 5
Items Needed: Master Sword, Mirror Shield

Part 1
After defeating the Iron Knuckle (See Mini Boss Guide to beat it) go left, and climb up the wall onto the platform. Once the Twinrova sisters have finished their little intemidation routine. The two sisters will be floating around on their broom sticks. Watch closely for the one that'll get ready to shoot out either fire or ice. Once they do try not to target them, but use your Mirror Sheild to reflect it at the other sister. (Make sure to reflect the fire at the ice sister and ice at the fire sister.) Although tricky this is the only way to beat both sisters. Do this four times to advance to the next part of the fight.

Part 2
So now that both sisters have combined into one big, ugly witch its time to really get crackin. This new part of the fight will be a tad bit harder then the first part. Twinrova now has two different attacks, fire and ice. (Just like the two twinrova sisters.) Now here's the trick to defeating this old hag. When she shoots out ice you have to absorb that 3 times, you can't let any fire hit your shield otherwise it won't work. After you've abosrobed either fire or ice three times the sheild will be bleeping faster and faster. Once you've absorbed three, aim at her and wait for the sheild to fire. Once it does equip the Hoover Boots and jump onto the platform she lands on and attack her with your sword. If while your trying to collect three ices for example and if she shoots out a fire just jump onto another platform or run to a corner opposite of the side shes near. Just do that a couple of times and you have beat the last menace before Ganondorf.

Final Boss
Great King Of Evil: Ganondorf
Difficulty: 5 out of 5
Items Needed: Master Sword, Fairy Bow w/ Light Arrows

One of the worst things about this fight is you have to do it without Navi (No matter how much everyone says shes annoying, she still helps A LOT!) But the bright side of things is that you get all your hearts restored before the fight. Once the fight starts run away to any corner of the room, Ganon will do some sort of power pound on the floor which will cause some tiles to fall away and do enourmous damage to you if you don't move in time. Once he's done with his floor pounding he'll start to form a yellow, electric-looking ball in his hands, once he shoots it at you hit it back at him with your sword. This may go on for awhile just like with Phantom Ganon. Once you've hit him, shoot him with a Light Arrow, hop onto the platform and slash him with your sword. Once he gets up immediatly jump off of the platform, and run back to the corner. After you've been fighting him for awhile he might start to form a huge black ball above him every now and then. You can do one of two things. Shoot him with a Light Arrow, or run to another corner. If you shoot him you can go and hack him up again on the platform with your sword, but if you don't have a lot of magic meter left you can save your magic for later, it's up to you. After his cape looks torn up enough he'll end the battle and "die" bringing the castle down with him. Grab Zelda and flee out of the castle for your lives.

Ganon
Difficulty: 4.5 out of 5
Items Needed: Master Sword (later), Biggoron Sword/Megaton Hammer (replacements), Fairy Bow w/ Light Arrow

Now that you have Navi back with you this fight should be like a walk in the park. When Ganon bends over and gets ready to attack shoot him with a Light Arrow. Once he's stunned circle around him and attack his tail with either Biggoron's Sword, or the Megaton Hammer. (The Sword does more damage.) If you ever run out of Magic or Arrows you can always get him to follow you and hide behind a pillar or some object in the arena and wait for him to hit it, some objects should fall out of it, you can collect them and then have enough to continue the fight. That or try to roll or circle around him and try to get a quick hit on his tail. Once he's down and the fire around the arena lowers run over to Zelda and get the Master's Sword quickly before the fire lifts back up. Repeat the same process this time but instead of hitting his tail with Biggoron's Sword or the Megaton Hammer attack it with your Master's Sword. After a good couple of hits Zelda will hold him with her power and call upon the Sages to hold him down. Link must deliver the final blow. Run up to Ganon's face and slash him.

Congrads you've just beat the LAST boss in Ocarina of Time, sit back, relax, and enjoy the last cutscene of Ocarina of Time. You deserve it!
