When your walking to the entrance of Zora's Domain (not through the under water teleport), you'll see some frogs. What you need to do is play your normal songs for all of them (songs that you don't use to warp to temples). This will make them all grow bigger and will cause them to challenge you to a bug catching game. If you help the frogs eat their share of bugs they'll give you a prize. Hit the appropiate notes that appear above each frogs head and if you successfully beat their mini game you'll get a nice Heart Piece! Below is a list of the appropriate buttons to hit for each frog:
White Frog: 
Green Frog: 
Yellow Frog: 
Blue Frog: 
Pink Frog:
