After you collect 20 or more Gold Skulltula's return to the House of Skulltula to earn the Stone of Agony, which allows the Nintendo 4 controller to rumble (if you have a Rumble Pack)when you're above a grotto. To open these grottos you'll either have to blow it open with some Bombs, pound it open with the Megaton Hammer, or play the Song of Storms. Some grottos only contain chests with Rupees or Bombs, or you'll stumble upon a few hostile Business Scrubs, that if you defeat them will sell yuo Potions or Deku Stciks etc.

Special Grotto #1
Location: Lost Woods
Requirements: 40 Rupees

Underneath a boulder in the Lost Woods is a hole that contains a Buisness Scrub thats sellinga Deku Nut Upgrade for 40 Rupees. Remember you have to Bomb open the grotto before you can enter it.

Special Grotto #2
Location: Sacred Meadow
Requirements: None

Outside the entrence to the Sacred Forest Meadow is a hole you can find with the Stone of Agony. Bomb open the hole and inside are two Wolfos. Defeat them to win a Purple Rupee.

Special Grotto #3
Location: Death mountain
Requirements: None

Outside of the entrence that leads into Goron City is a platform that has a ring of stones on top of it. Place a Bomb in the middle of it and a hole should pop up. Step inside to find a small treasure chest that contains Gold Rupee!

Special Grotto #4
Location: Hyrule Field
Requirements: Gold Scale or Iron Boots with the Zora Tunic.

Near a single tree that lies inbetween Gerudo Valley and Hyrule Castle is another special grotto. Inside is a pool, and at the bottom is a Piece of Heart!

Special Grotto #5
Location: Hyrule Field
Requirements: None

Next to the moat near Hyrule Castle you'll discover a hole. Once you're inside you'll find three Bombable walls. Inside one is a Gossip Stone, the next has two Normal Skulltulas and the last one has a Gold Skulltula.

Special Grotto #6
Location: Kakariko Village
Requirements: None

In the middle of Kakiriko Village there is a hidden hole that if you enter, will find two Redeads, defeat them to earn a Huge Rupee!

Special Grotto #7
Location: Outside of the entrence to Kakariko Village
Requirements: None

Right after you cross the bridge that leads to Kakiriko Village is a tree (make sure not to confuse this tree for the one right next to the steps leading up to Kakiriko Village.). On the right side of the tree is the hidden hole. Once inside you'll find a Big Skulltula and a Gold Skulltula.

Special Grotto #8
Location: Outside of the entrence to Lake Hylia
Requirements: 10 Rupees

Inbetween the four metal fences is a hidden grotto. Inside there is a Buisness Scrub that will sell you a Piece of a Heart for only Ten Rupees!

Special Grotto #9
Location: Gerudo Valley
Requirements: Iron Boots or Gold Scale

On a ledge along the Gerudo River there will be yet another grotto. If you get insdie you'll find Rupees that you'll have to get a little wet to get them.

Special Grotto #10
Location: Outside of the entrence to Gerudo Valley
Requirements: Din's Fire

Outside of Gerudo's Valley entrence lies a ring of stones. Blow a hole in the middle of this ring of stones to find the hidden hole. Once inside use Din's Fire to burn away the webs. You'll find a Cow, a Gossip Stone and a Gold Skulltula.
